I work with adolescents and adults in individual and couples counseling. I believe in taking a fresh perspective with each new client and tailor my approach to your individual personality and needs. As such my style varies considerably but is always rooted in an attempt to fully understand you and what you are going through.
My experience includes a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and intimacy issues, adjustment and life transitions, parenting, grief and loss, acculturation and immigration, chronic illness, and LGBTQ issues.
I graduated from William James College with a degree in clinical psychology and am licensed in the state of Massachusetts as a psychologist. My training has had a particularly focus on college mental health and mental health related to chronic illness.
